This Design-Build effort provided 39,368 square feet of modular office buildings for use at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton (MCBCP). This project includes two separate buildings connected by a “Tranquility Garden." The buildings provide temporary facilities for wounded military personnel receiving physical and psychological treatment as they transition from the wartime theater to active duty in the states, or to the civilian sector.
